It doesn't make sense: We blow on our hands to warm them when they are cold, but we blow on our food to cool it when it's hot.
*** How can blowing make things both hot and cold? :-))

Well me first!
Because it different type of process.
Hot: We use our inner air with the heat from our body temperature. So, it's warm.
Cold: We use the outside air with our inner air as the force to accelerate the elements and particles of the air outside. So, it's cold, as the air outside is colder...
